Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. This right may vary depending on your country of residence.
2. Waiver of Withdrawal Right (Immediate Access)
When you complete a subscription purchase, you have the option to request immediate access to the service. If you check the box stating "I request immediate access and acknowledge my right of withdrawal will lapse upon commencement of service delivery", the following applies:
- The service will begin immediately upon payment.
- Your 14-day right of withdrawal will lapse as soon as service delivery commences.
- This is permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you did not select immediate access, your 14-day withdrawal right remains intact.
3. How to Request a Refund
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a refund, contact us in writing:
- Email: hello@runopti.com
- Subject: Refund Request — [your account email]
- Include: Your name, account email, subscription date, and reason (optional)
We will endeavor to acknowledge requests promptly and process eligible refunds within a reasonable timeframe upon approval.
4. Refund Conditions
- Within 14 days (no immediate access waiver): Full refund available, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
- After 14 days: Refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law.
- Annual subscriptions: The 14-day withdrawal right applies from the date of annual purchase. After this period, no partial refunds are issued for unused months.
- Exceptional circumstances: If a technical issue prevents access to the Service, contact us and we will review your case individually.
5. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@runopti.com to resolve any dispute informally. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer dispute resolution mechanisms in your jurisdiction.
